Weekly Lawn Maintenance Services
Weekly Lawn Care services are Provided on the Eastside of Bend
This weekly lawn service program is offered as a contractual basis which normally runs from April through October.
For commercial accounts our season runs from March into November. Residential account season runs typically from April through October however some clients wish to service into October.
This service is only available to home owner occupied residential properties and Commercial Properties. Invoicing once per month. We no longer service rentals or AirBnB's. Weekly Services only, No biweekly or monthly program is available.

Weekly Service includes:
- Mowing
- Maintaining areas along flower beds, property lines, and other structures
- Power edging of all walkways and driveways as needed
- All lawn areas are cleaned of clippings and walkways and adjacent street frontage are blown clear with each service
- Spraying of weeds and fertilization maybe included depending on property size
- Monitoring of irrigation system (irrigation repair costs and parts not included)

Weekly maintenance availability is limited each season. If you are interested in maintenance, please reach out to us in November as the season ends or by February 1st to see if we have any openings.
Priority scheduling
Maintenance Clients receive priority scheduling for Clean Ups, Trimming, Aeration and Dethatching, Irrigation Services including Backflow Testing and Winterization.
We service the Eastside of Bend only. Service area-East of 15th Street/Purcell, West of Hamby, North of Reed Market Road and South of Empire
