Consistency is key when choosing a weekly maintenance service company.
Maintenance
We offer WEEKLY maintenance services for the eastside of Bend. Depending on the lawn and landscape needs, we use a variety of seasonal products that are applied as needed throughout the year. The services below assist in keeping the properties of our clients well maintained.
Core Aeration and Dethatching
Core Aeration is actually a way of cultivating your lawn by removing "plugs" of soil and leaving behind small perforations in the earth.
Over seeding is preferred with this option with thinning lawns. Continuing with the annual treatments is always recommended for producing the best long term results. Fertilization after core aeration is available upon request for an additional charge.
All debris is removed from the property.
This service is only offered in the Spring and we use equipment we own and maintain. To get on our list request service.
Water Turn On, Sprinkler Repair and Irrigation Clock Programming, Irrigation Repairs, Backflow Testing and Blowout/Winterization


  • Water Turn on is offered in the spring for free for our weekly maintenance clients.

  • Annual clients receive a call when this service is available usually early April. This service is more than just turning water on, we also include clock programming and make repairs to sprinkler head patterns. Don't get caught off guard by companies that simply come and turn your water on and do nothing else to get your system started. To get on our list request service.

  • Irrigation Repairs, Clock Programming, and Installation can be stand alone or combined services. Get the season started right by fine tuning your system in the spring. To get on our list request service.

  • Backflow Testing is required by both the City of Bend and Avion.
  • Only certified testers can perfom this service. Additional licenses are needed to make repairs or replace the backflow manifold assembly. Ed Collins is licensed to do both backflow testing and backlow repairs and replacement. To get on our list request service.
  • Irrigation Blowout aka Winterization This services is offered usually the first of October weather permitting. To get on our list request service.
Clean Up and Emergencies
Clean Ups One time or Seasonal Cleanups vary depending on your needs, but at minimum include removal of all debris from the grounds, trimming, edging and mowing.
Emergency services for down trees and branches, sprinkler malfunctions, broken sprinkler heads, and repairs in the heat of summer or emergency sprinkler issues are also available.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Oregon & SW Washington's Bend House has been working with Ed Collin's Landscaping for the past few years and it has been a wonderful experience! Our grass and grounds look beautiful and we never have to think about a thing, we know our grounds are in amazing, caring hands. What I appreciate is Ed's understanding of our non-profit and how we carefully we need to stick to our budget. He works with volunteer groups to give guidance on yard clean ups, repairs irrigation and systems as needed and clearly communicates along the way....and best of all he does it all with a giant smile!
