Maintenance: Do you offer bi-weekly or monthly maintenance? Do you have a seasonal contract?
No. We only offer weekly maintenance. Bi-weekly and monthly maintenance does not keep property maintained to our standards especially in spring and summer. In order to keep weeds under control and ensure that irrigation is functioning properly, we believe that our clients benefit most from weekly maintenance.
Do you offer estimates by appointment? Do you charge by the hour or the job? When is payment due? Do you offer Consultations?
Estimates are available when we are doing work in your area. No appointment is necessary.
All estimates are submitted in writing and must be approved before work is done.
You do not need to be present. As long as we have a description of the work requested to be done. Once the estimate is reviewed we can make any adjustments needed before it is accepted. We cannot make appointments for estimates for most service jobs.
We can provide you with an estimated date and time of of arrival of service, but we do not make appointments. Our maintenance clients have a scheduled date of service and an approximate time of arrival that we adhere to each week.
We bid all our jobs, including maintenance, with a flat rate. We take our time and materials into consideration into biding each job.
Payment is due at the time of service for one time jobs. A deposit is required for all jobs.
We offer Consultations for a fee, by appointment.
What services do you NOT offer?
We do not offer: Sod Removal, Water Feature maintenance or Repair, Fence Repair or Installation, Hardscaping, Rock Hauling, Mulch Application. We do however offer rock and mulch refresh for our existing clients.
We cannot mow, rototill, aerate or dethatch pasture or acreage.
Do you have a showroom or do work at your location?
No. All work is done at onsite at the clients property.
What is your service area and why?
We are a small family owned and operated business and Ed, the owner is on every jobsite.
With the increase in traffic, road construction, and our primary client base on the Eastside of Bend, we made the decision to only service the Eastside of Bend in 2023.
This allows us more time to focus on our clients than on the road.
