FAQ

Do you have a showroom or do work at your location?
No. All work is done at onsite at the clients property.
Do you offer bi-weekly or monthly maintenance?
No. We only offer weekly maintenance. Bi-weekly and monthly maintenance does not keep property maintained to our standards especially in spring and summer. In order to keep weeds under control and ensure that irrigation is functioning properly, we believe that our clients benefit most from weekly maintenance.
Do you require a contract for your maintenance accounts? When does your season start and end.
Yes. We begin our season in March and end in November for Commercial Accounts. For residential customers we typically begin in April and end in October, however, some residential clients prefer to end in November.
What is your service area and why?
With the increase in traffic, road construction, and our client base on the Eastside of Bend. We only service the Eastside of Bend. This allows us more time to focus on our clients than on the road. Our maintenance route is within this area: South of Cooley/North of Ferguson East of 15th and West of Hamby For one time jobs we have some flexibility beyond this border but do not service outside of Bend.
Do you offer estimates or offer appointments?
Yes. Estimates are available when we are in proximity doing work in your area. All estimates are submitted in writing and must be approved before work is done. For us to provide you with an estimate you do not need to be present. As long as we have a description of the work requested to be done. Once the estimate is reviewed we can make any adjustments needed before it is accepted. We can provide you with an estimated date and time of service, but we do not make appointments. Our maintenance clients have a scheduled date of service and an approximate time of arrival that we adhere to each season.
What services do you NOT offer?
We do not offer: Sod Removal, Water Feature maintenance or Repair, Fence Repair or Installation, Hardscaping, Tree Removal, Rock Hauling, Mulch Application. We do however offer rock and mulch refresh for our existing clients. We cannot mow, rototill, aerate or dethatch pasture or acreage.
When is payment due for services?
One time jobs are due once the service has been completed. Maintenance clients are billed monthly with the invoice due by the last service day of the month.
Do you charge hourly?
No. We bid all our jobs, including maintenance, with a flat rate. We take our time and materials into consideration into biding each job.
